I kin from both timelines of in-game and the non-canon adult timeline where Hau is the Kahuna and such, so I'll split this up into two parts.
-In Game Timeline-
⋆ I haven't finished Ultra Sun but none of that stuff is really clicking with me kin wise, so I guess I follow the timeline of the original games.
⋆ My last name was Ellis. I don't know if it's been confirmed that Aether is supposed to be our last names, but Ellis was definitely mine. It's unclear to me whether I changed mine when I ran away to cut ties with Lusamine farther or if Lusamine and Mohn just weren't married when I was born.
⋆ Right before I ran away was when I said "fuck it" and started being true to myself about my gender. Lillie gave me the haircut I have in the game even though we knew Lusamine was going to lose her mind about it. I had some hope in my heart that maybe she would be accepting, it was quickly lost and that's what set me over the edge and I ran away after.
⋆ Touching more on the previous point, Lusamine always forced me and Lillie to have really long hair and dress very proper and feminine. I don't think this was ever an issue for Lillie, but I hated it. Lusamine also hates tattoos and piercings.
⋆ I definitely pierced my own ear in that hotel room (irl I had my helixs done my a professional dw).
-Older Timeline-
⋆ I don't think I became president of the Aether foundation. It's not clear to me yet what I did, but I don't think it was that. It was something to do with Pokémon and doctor-y stuff, though.
⋆ Hau and I were in a relationship and he took the spot of his grandfather as a Kahuna.
⋆ I think Moon/Selene and Lillie were in a relationship. I'm not positive, though. If they were, it may have not lasted long.
⋆ Selene helped me get together with Hau and gave me the courage to confess. How it worked was kind of like the fanfic "Gladion needs a vacation" on Archive of Our Own. It was the same dynamic- I didn't think I was good enough for Hau, I thought he and Selene were going to get together, I found out Selene liked Lillie, etc.
⋆ Lusamine and I have made up but I don't talk to her often. It's tense and awkward between us, especially after my transition, and I don't care to fix it. Lillie and her get along alright, though.
⋆ I have no idea when I started T. It was a year or so before I got with Hau though, so make of that as you will.
